Barcelona are one of three European giants eyeing Mason Greenwood after the Marseille forward enjoyed a breakthrough season.

Greenwood moved to the French club from Manchester United for £30million in July after spending a season on loan at Getafe.

The forward was arrest in January 2022 on charges of attempt rape, assault and coercive behaviour, but prosecutors later dropp the charges after a key witness withdrew.

At the time, Marseille fans were not happy, while the city’s mayor, Benoit Payang, was openly against signing Greenwood.
